Katherine and I really enjoyed our stay at Casa Madeleine. It was nice to be able to compare staying at two very different types of properties - yours, which is very quiet, relaxing and intimate, and then Casa Santo Domingo, which is big and much more public, although beautiful also. We were very impressed with all of the lovely decorating touches at Casa Madeleine, and also with the spa treatments which you offer.

I just want you to know how wonderful our stay was at the Casa Madeleine. We felt so at home and comfortable there. Your staff was extremely accommodating and so helpful to us. They made taxi arrangements for us and took care of our tour plans. The breakfast was superb. I especially enjoyed the Greek Breakfast. I wish I could make it at home. The red sauce served with the eggs and cheese was wonderful.
My children just loved our "home" in Guatemala. I am sure we will return some time to Antigua. I have traveled in many places throughout the world, but have to say the hospitality and friendliness of the people in Guatemala, La Antigua, and the Casa Madeleine to be the most welcoming I have ever experienced.
We had a great experience visiting our sponsor child and her family, too. We sponsor through PLAN International. The visit was something we will never forget.
Thank you for all your help to make our visit so meaningful. We also enjoyed our tours and visiting sights around Antigua.

We absolutely loved Casa Madeline!! The first night we were there the place was empty except for us and so quiet and restfull. After that more people came, but we really thought the place was lovely. Breakfast was delicious, and we used the spa services as well. Heidi organized a tour to the coffee plantation - it was great. So, no complaints at all, and we certainly hope to return. Actually, we would like to return to Antigua for two or three weeks.

se les dio a mis padres el fin de semana pasado, ya que ellos estuvieron muy
felices y disfrutaron mucho de la estancia en su hotel.
No hay duda que usted cuenta con gente profesional en su hotel y por lo

Happy New Year!
I want to tell you again how much I enjoyed my stay at your hotel. The
service was exceptional.
I made a reservation for April 12-15 leaving the 16 in the Green Room.
I definitely want these dates but want a guarantee on those dates.
I was moved to another hotel and then they didn't have me down for both
nights so the end of my trip was basically ruined.
I am getting ready to leave Antigua for Pana.
I just wanted to thank you for having me as your guest. My suite was beautyfull and comfortable. Breakfast (omelette) was better than anything I have ever had in the states (Ritz Carlton included) and your staff is so polite and sweet.

We had a truly relaxing time at Casa Madeleine. The staff was professional and also extremely warm and friendly -- with us and among themselves. The suite was magnificient and we were able to be there for most of our stay. I'm wondering if creating a second suite would eventually be a good idea, as the price is not that much more and over $100/night, people who opt for your posada can equally pay the difference, with added enjoyment and real room to spread out.
We look forward to returning! and will spread the word.

Que gusto saludarlo, mi estadía en Guatemala fue increíble, su país es muy bello y la gente encantadora y muy gentil. En su hotel estuvimos muy bien, la verdad es que nos sentimos como en casa. Todos los tours que tomamos por el hotel resultaron muy bien y las chicas que atienden en el hotel y en general todo su personal es muy eficiente y amable. Este es un viaje para repetirlo de todas maneras.

Lo hemos pasado fenomenal en Guatemala, nos ha encantado el país, su gente. Casa Madeleine es impresionante, las vistas son magníficas, el trato inmejorable, han hecho que el viaje sea único. We had a wonderful time . Everyone at Casa Madeleine was so helpful and the breakfasts were delicious. CSA was very good and we learned something about Spanish although I'm not ready to speak Spanish with confidence.

My stay at Casa Madeleine was very satisfactory. The place is beautiful I especially liked the Suite. The people that worked there were very friendly. The breakfasts were wonderful and perfect to start the day. The candles and the garden are beautiful.
